About Us Our roots go back to 1810 when the stonemasons company was first established in London.  In 1894 the business was brought to Bournemouth by W A Hoare and has remained in the Hoare family ever since.  Over this extended period of time we have honed our craft in all areas of granite and stonework, be it memorials, renovation, shopfronts, flooring, fireplaces, bathroom vanity units or kitchen worktops and gained many awards for craftsmanship and design along the way.  We are very proud of our heritage as stonemasons and as we are now into our bicentennial year. We look forward to continuing to provide our customers with the top class service, quality products and value for money which has helped us remain one of the oldest family businesses in the country. What We Do Established in 1810 as specialist stonemasons, Hoare Banks operates in two markets from our branches in Bournemouth and Lymington, and to this day remains a family business. Building work, granite worktops, vanity tops, fireplaces, architectural renovation and carvingare all on offer and beautifully illustrated in our Bournemouth branch showroom. Memorials, stone restoration, renovation and a memorial maintenance service complete the Hoare Banks marketplace line up. We take immense pride in our work as a granite worktop specialist and offer a first class service. Our experience and knowledge are second to none.
